On November 15, at the 2022 Cultural Digital Strategy Development Summit Forum, one of the series of activities of the 2022 China International Digital Economy Expo, China Radio and Television Hebei Network Co., Ltd. and China Electronics Investment Holding Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement on the project of China Radio and Television National Cultural Big Data Industrial Park.

The project will be located in Huailai County, Zhangjiakou City, with a total investment of about 2.3 billion Chinese yuan and a total floor area of 100,000 square meters. It is expected to be put into operation in the middle of 2024. The industrial park will be built into a high standard cultural computing center, cultural data storage center and content distribution and trading center in North China, helping to improve the modern public cultural service system, and improving the cloud network capacity of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei digital cultural economy development.

The industrial park will focus on the creative design industry, realize the industrial gathering of cultural digital display, release, trade and mass entrepreneurship and innovation incubation, and form a multi category design industrial base focusing on cultural, creative and fashion design to serve the real economy. It will gather well-known enterprises in culture, media, film and television industry, provide entrepreneurial enterprises with full chain incubation services covering the entire life cycle of enterprises, and build industrial clusters with in-depth integration of culture and technology. It will integrate new business formats such as print production, animation and games, film and television production, cultural innovation customization, immersive experience, virtual scene, Internet short video production and live broadcast, make efforts in the emerging "video business industry", and cultivate more cultural unicorn enterprises and invisible champion enterprises. It will build the North China regional science and technology and culture innovation headquarters, cultivate business clusters with Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei characteristics and in line with the development direction of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cultural industry, and serve the core cultural fields such as news information services, content creation and production, creative design services, and cultural communication channels.
